Shipping policy
Please make sure your address if fully entered and correct to ensure you will receive your shipment within the time frame we advertise. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces entered correctly. If there are issues with verifying your address, we will contact you directly and try and resolve these issues the best we know how. If after several attempts of contacting you, you do not respond, your order will be cancelled and your money refunded to you.
If you realize that you entered your shipping address incorrectly, please contact us ASAP. We will do our best to fulfill your request and change the address. If we are unable to, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information.
All orders placed will be packaged and shipped within 4-7 business days after the order has been placed and payment has been processed. It typically takes 2-5 business days to receive your order once it has been shipped. Once order leaves our place of business, it is completely in the hands of the shipping carrier. We are not liable for lost or stolen packages.
